I bought an international data sim but the data isn't working what do I do?

Do I just keep on international roaming?

Hi @missifu,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Is it a pay as you go SIM?

Which country have you traveled to?

Thanks

An International SIM is for making calls & texts from the UK. It is not for roaming, other than in the EU.

I bought a 15 pound international sim card. I'm in Croatia!

Hi @missifu,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Has the SIM card been activated?

Was it working in the UK?

Thanks

The sim card is activated, I can text people in the UK who are on UK sims.

I activated the sim card in Croatia, not UK.

Hi @missifu,

SIM's must be connected to the EE network in the UK to fully complete the activation.

This is the most likely cause of the issue.

Thanks
