I am in the USA and can't make calls. I called EE before leaving and was assured roaming had been setup, and I also have the World add on. Can anybody advise how to resolve this? Many thanks

So before we get going, have a look at the charges and information for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA if you get a chance.
Have you tried a manual network search on the phone?
Can you receive calls?
Are you a pay monthly personal or a pay as you go EE customer?

Hi Richard. I'm fully aware of the charges, which is why I selected the World add on. I have done a manual network search and regardless of which network I select the result is the same. I have a signal indication with the r above it. I am a pay monthly customer, and I'm not sure if I can receive calls as I can't get anybody to call me.

I wasn't aware that you would have known that information already, I just wanted to be pro-active and offer support if needed.
