I have tried to claim mine with the dispatch note (as advised by EE) as I didn't receive an email. Huawei have rejected my claim.
Has anyone without the email been able to resolve this with Huawei? Can someone help from EE?

I have and received an email but they still aren't accepting this as the date is not the date I pre ordered the phone

It says in this post that I have until the 8th to submit a claim. I followed the link on 25th November and it won't let me claim at all. Really not happy.

I, like others, have had my claim rejected as my printed delivery note did not have the date of my pre-order on. The only notification I had for the pre-order was a text but that was to my old phone. I've tried phoning CS but all they offered was a proof of purchase which wasn't close to anything i needed.

I had my claim validate on 13/11 and still haven't heard or received anything. It will be 30 days tomorrow and when I questioned Huawei about this they advised that they cannot track this at the moment.
I don't think that this will be arriving tomorrow which is then going to be over 30 days. What can be done to track or try and find out a rough estimation date for the arrival of the claim?
The original claim was put in nearly 45 days ago which seems a bit ridiculous and I'm not really happy waiting this long for something EE had told me would only take "a week or so."

No further update has been provided.
This was several days ago and now that it will be 30 days tomorrow I'm starting to wonder if I'll actually receive anything.
This was one of the only reasons for buying this phone at a pretty big cost per month and surely someone should be able to check the status of a claim worth nearly £300?

The 30 days are up today and nothing. Been in touch but not heard anything. Its been nearly 2 months since I ordered the phone, at significant cost as I upgraded early to get this offer, and nothing. Very close to sending it all back (breach of sales contract due to non delivery of offer) and going to Vodafone.

After initially saying the delivery note wasn't sufficient they then said it was. This was confirmed with an email saying I would receive my offer within 30 days. That was 30 days ago.

I did. They said everything is fine with the claim (not my definition of fine) but there was a delay with the dispatching of the claims. They have had 30 days, this is not good enough. They had no idea when they will be able to send it.
