Re: How to get a nano-sim for my new phone

Take new phone & old SIM into an EE shop & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at https://explore.ee.co.uk/Order-a-new-SIM for £1.50.

Re: How to get a nano-sim for my new phone

My old sim card is a microSIM but my new phone requires a Nano-SIM. Do I simply request a replacement from EE with the same number?

Welcome to the community @TrevorLeeson

That's a great answer from @XRaySpeX, both options he has provided will ensure you keep the same number.

Thanks

James
