I am having problens activating my data pack sim (payg). It is a free sim which I ordered via the EE website. I have visited the link http://add-on.ee.co.uk and followed the instructions many times by switching off the wifi, wating a few minutes to connect to the network and then reloading. Once I have connected to the network and reloaded the page, the same writing appears telling me to do the steps again.

hi, thanks for the reply. I visited your link but the same writing appears telling me to swtich my wifi off, waiting few minutes to connect and then reload. I clicked on the purchase tab but the same thing happens. My sim is a free sim which I ordered and does not have any top up.

How long will it take for my situation to be looked at and how long will they take to get back to me. It's weird that I am unable to top up and have to do it via atm.

Hello @rabyabegum if you are over 18 and have a credit card try removing content lock by calling 1818 from your EE phone:
Removing content lock fixes most activation issues including when a new SIM card is not being recognised correctly. 🙂
