Re: How often can you upgrade your phone

It hasn't been yearly for a long time.

Phones are costing more and more so networks need to recoup the money back and 2 year contract lengths were better than paying over £100 A month.

You can upgrade yearly though if you choose of the their max plan on the annual upgrade tariff.

Hi @Lesletmollan81

Welcome to the community. 🙂

Further to @BrendonH's brilliant response, you can choose an annual upgrade option when upgrading.

Otherwise, you can upgrade to a new phone and plan if you've got less than 45 days to go until your contract renewal date.

You can also text UP to 150. You'll then get a text message back informing you whether you're eligible, and explaining what to do next.

Hope this helps. 🙂
