I orded my upgrade and recieved an email informing me that the phone was currently out of stock, this was 3 weeks ago i have not recieved any futher news. how long will this process of re-stock take? 😞

This would depends on the supplier really, the only thing you can do is to phone customer services on 150 to check the ETA for the handset. Just out of curiosity, which phone did you order?
