How is it possible for all my data to be used up in 24hours. Can you check it for me
Have you just started a new contract?
Have you checked your data usage on your phone data app?
What tariff are you on and are you PAYG or pay monthly?
There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call CS on 150 for more specific information on your account.
This is just a user discussion forum. We can have no access to your a/c & its usage. For that you will need to call EE.
Check that your device is set up to:
Somewhere under Mobile Data it should show you which apps are using how much data. So you should be able to check what's eating your data.
