Hi have tried resetting, changing network, etc etc, when I use phone it sats you cannot make this call. I am abroad already and number was working. Have put credit on phone. Assuming all international calls barred. It was working before. Have recently changed phone. Would appreciate your help. Thank you

Not necessarily the SIM but your account.
What I would need you to do is give customer services a call using an alternative phone to have your account looked into.

hi yes it was working try even sent me a welcome to the Caribbean text message. A friend put some credit in from uk then it stopped working .no can't send any text either. Thanks

Hi Leanne tried them all. Bought phone in Jamaica had iPhone but given trouble been fixed. It was the new phone I got message from EE.

I thought the device you purchased in Jamaica had resolved your issue.
Are you using Orange, T-Mobile or EE pay as you go?

Please, can I get you to turn off the 4G signal and have 3G only then perform a manual network search and try to connect to Digicel or Flow?

Hi Lee don't have only 3G setting have the following.
2G/3G/4G
3G/4G
2G
tried all with both Digicel and Flow no luck.

Are you dialing the UK prefix for number 0044?

Have tried 2G yes 0044 and +44. Get we're sorry you're not allowed to make this call. Tried different phone same result

Unfortunately no not in JA do I need a replacement sim?. If yes I can reorder and get friend to bring. Nex week.
