Can someone tell me how I can find out what my bill is as I have forgotten my password and the website won’t allow me to change it

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific a/c. You will need to call CS to find that out if you can't get online.
Can't you change your pwd at "Forgotten your ... or password" ?

I have got a user name so when I press forgotten password it tells me that I can’t change it cos I have not set up any security questions
