How do I get a refund for a bolt on that was added twice?

I added EURO5 bolt on by text and didn't receive any confirmation that it had worked. 7 hours later I tried again and the bolt on was added. But now I've looked at my account, the bolt on charge has been taken twice. Can I get a refund?

Hello @tizer sorry to hear you are having problems with a duplicate purchase on your account. For credit and refund queries please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or +447953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who have access to accounts and can look in to this for you. 🙂
