I can't find any option to change my password. This is for the website. It's really annoying! This is for My EE Mobile account.

Once logged in to your EE account via a web browser, click on Account Settings then click on the Your Details tab and there is a link in there to change either your email address and/or your password.
One of these options may help you find the answers you need.
