I have an 18 month plan. How can I tell when the 18 months end?

Only by having kept your Welcome email. Otherwise you need to call EE & ask.

You could look in your Member's Centre @ https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/ under Change your broadband plan but I don't think you'll find it there.
