Hi can anyone help? I would like to change my number after receiving nuisance calls (from withheld number) and texts. I am unable to call customer services, therefore can I do this online?
I understand blocking and reporting but just want my number changed.

@CourtneyL Call customer services to do this or just get a new payg SIM card and setup a new account,

@CourtneyL Then you have to call customer services. You asked for advice and so I gave you 2 options on how you could go about changing your number what you decide to do is up to you. Not liking what I’ve put doesn’t mean it’s not helpful both options give you a new number.

No. Just get a new one is very unhelpful. If calling customer services was an option I would've done that in the first place.
If there is no way to do it online then fair enough.

@CourtneyL So if you can not call customer services then me saying getting a new SIM card is helpful as IS your only option. Not liking what I’ve said doesn’t mean it’s unhelpful you just like the fact I’ve said get a new SIM card.
