Where does email come into it? Are you trying to send an email with a large attachment? What app are you using to send emails?

Who is your email provider? Some limit the size of emails sent.

Hi @Jupsie

Does this happen if you go any other sites?

Also does the Orange world load at all for you?

Thanks, Leanne.

Re: Hi when I go onto the internet on mobile it shows error document to large

@Jupsie: As you raised this under the Email Forum, I thought you talking about email.

Why do you need to go to http://orangeworld.co.uk/ to connect to the Net? What are you clicking on there to go on the Net? Can't you go on the Net simply using a browser or app?

I would have thought that the OrangeWorld site was deprecated by now.

Hi @Jupsie

It may be worth having a chat with our customer support team to make sure your phone is still set up for Orange World access.

Let us know how you get on. 🙂
