Hi number won’t receive calls it’s pay as you go and not been topped up in ages ?
have ee disconnected it ?

Please see EE hibernation guide as this may be your problem. You might be able to recover the number depending on when it was last used.

When was it last used or topped-up? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
