Hi I received notification that my B.B. would increase £2 per

hi I got an email from EE saying my monthly payment will be increased by £2 per month from end of January.  I’ve just signed up with EE 3 months ago. The email says if I want to leave to get in touch. The only way I can find to get in touch is via this community. Does anyone know if this is correct re getting out of the contract?
