For weeks now I’ve been unable to login to the website or app as I keep being told I’m not registered. I’ve tried re-registering but am then told that I’m already registered. Currently unable to view my bills.
I’ve tried Customer Service who re-activated my account but it made no difference.

Call CS and ask them to delete your account, then you can register again.

Yes. I tried that. I’ve even tried to login on other devices - iPhone and laptop. Each time I am told that my account does not exist.
