Unfortunately I couldn't find a way to give good feedback to a brilliant technician.
After being restricted to 500kbps with the Internet for a week and a previous call with no solution, Adam was onto the case and found the underlying issue within a few minutes.
I hope that Adam gets the recognition he deserves, as he was exactly the kind of person every customer should have the pleasure of talking to.
EE should he proud to have a technician like Adam on their team.
