Facebook not working on 4G

Hi. Anyone else having same issue

Facebook wont load photos on 4g cant see any videos or photos same with instagram...

If i connect to wifi it works fine.  Tried simcard in another device and works fine also..

Same here.. Instagram doesnt load either... I've contacted support but nothing they dont know whats wrong.  Works in another device though,

Samsung s7 edge my girlfriends don't work eithrr hers s6

tried everything delete cache deleted app reinstalled app tried everything you can think of.

  Instagram or.faceboom not working  seen another threat with something similar   works on wifi just not 4g  tried my SIM in another phone and works fine

just found a tempepry solution...

on android I went o data and changed from 2g 3g 3

4g to just use 3g only and it's working  I went back to 2g 3g 4g auto connect and stopped working so it seems to me something is up with that  can you look into this?

Hi there i was wondering if anybody could help me,

Recently ive noticed a really odd problem when im on 4G. Apps like facebook and instagram wont load images or play video when im on 4g. Everything works fine, i can connect to the net, use whatsapp, gmail, speedtests ect, just images wont load on certain websites. Ive tried logging in through a browser to facebook and i get the same outcome. everyting loads but the images and video. It works perfectly over wifi. 

Ive searched lots online and cant find a solution. Ive tried resetting, cache clearing, making sure content filtering is turned off and nothing. the only thing that oddly works is forcing my phone into 3g. when i do it, everything loads absolutely fine. I only noticed this problem a day ago and it was working fine up until then as far as im aware. Im on a galaxy s8 and on a monthly plan.

have litereally the exact same issue and just made a post about it before finding yours. any luck in fixing it? youtube works also but runs slower than usual. im on a galaxy s8. works fine in 3g but obviously using a 5mbs connecting when youre paying for 100 is not viable. doesnt work through the app or the browser so i assume its on EEs end?

This is the solution that I worked out

If you have a samsung phone do the following:

Go to connections

Mobile networks

Access Point Names

Click ADD

name is  Internet 2

APN   type 'everywhere'

leave all the rest blank... Now try..

Does this work?

if you have iphone it's same procedure just find your  access point networks

I have exactly the same issue. I only got my new s8 plus a few days ago and social apps such as Snapchat YouTube etc take ages to load. Videos don't load properly nor do pictures.

Hi, I have a Sony xperia X compact. Unfortunately this solution has not worked for me. I have found the only way I can get Facebook to load pictures is:

In mobile networks turn to 3g.

Wait a few minutes 

Turn back to 4g 

Facebook now loads pictures and video. But I have to do it every time I come of wifi. Very frustrating.

Having the same issue as everyone else. 

Have followed all advice but still not working. WIFI is fine but as soon as Im on 4g FB will not load any images and videos are extremely slow to load. Has just randomly happened as was fine before and nothing has changed since.

Please help
