Im paying for a 4g contract but as soon as i set my settings to 2g, 3g or 4g auto connect my signal drops to nothing or 1 bar. Whats going on??
It could be your SIM, phone or more likely coverage. Have you checked for network issues here.
@Northerneradvice is spot-on, but as a starter for six, what model of phone are you using and what's the postcode you're having problems in?
Have you checked for coverage at https://ee.co.uk/why-ee/mobile-coverage and what was the result?
