EE underground wifi not working

Hi @Miammiam

 

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

Can you try following the below steps to connect to the WiFi.

 

Once underground, just turn on your WiFi and select EE WiFi-Auto from the list of available networks.

 

Then select the ‘access method’ as EAP, and ‘EAP method’ as SIM.

 

Let me know how you get on.

So, I spoke with an EE customer service agent, who walked me through the process on how to register for the WiFi service. 

 

I sent the message off to 9527, and recieved my password. Now, everytime time i try to register when i'm on the underground, it keeps saying "To register for the WiFi Service, please call Customer Service". 

 

Why do I keep getting that notice?

 

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!

I'm unsure why you would keep getting that message.

 

I recommend speaking to technical support again so they can continue with some troubleshooting.
