EE Network phone. Want to use it in Namibia.

Hi and sorry to bother. I got a phone as a Christmass gift that works with EE Network and i am in Africa (Namibia) using MTC Network. I would love to use this gift but i need an unlock code to use it in my country.

Re: EE Network phone. Want to use it in Namibia.

When you say you got it as a gift, was a new phone on an EE Pay Monthly contract. In which case it only be unlocked after 6 months by the registered owner.

If it were a secondhand phone which had completed its contract, then you need to get a free EE PAYG SIM for it, register an online a/c for it and top it up with at least £21 to cover the unlocking fee and apply to EE to unlock it using Unlocking your device.
