Wow is this why my fsnet email isnt working  - there must be 1000s of people affected by this - when I rang this morning I was told it was a server issue and would be sorted within 24 hours max.

Called EE - Creepers what a nightmare. . . .Anyway was fobbed off with 'it's a server problem blah blah'.It isn't the domain name requires renewing because someone forgot to -  it has been suspended by Nominet.

As of 15:56 it still had not been renewed.Looks like we are in for a long and  frustrating wait.

Probably Sept 2016. Looks like Nominet gave EE exactly a month to pay their dues.

Compensation for emails? Seriously? I thought your price plan was calls, texts and internet as well as your online account perhaps but email? Why would a mobile phone network have to compensate anybody for an email account not working? You don't pay them for this do you? Best of luck with it but I don't think you have any chance of getting credit for that.

Smiley Sad @spq2013: You've got this arse about face. This email is an integral part of the Broadband service, for which, if you are a current customer, you are paying.
