Direct Debit

I recently took out a phone contract, and the first payment from my contract was taken out today, well so my Ee app says so, but when i checked my bank it still says i have x amount of money, it’s not even in my pending money to go out, i’m very confused, could someone help?

It's Saturday,  so nothing will show on your bank until Monday, but the money will be debited. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

If your direct debit date falls on a weekend, your account will be debited on the following working day.
