I had a delivery today but I wasn't available to prodvide the photo ID necessary to claim the package so I called DPD and scheduled the delivery for another day this week, no issues there. However the operator suggested I would have to contact EE as they told me if a device isn't delivered after 48 hours of the intended delivery date then EE would recall the device back to their warehouse.
Just curious if this is actually the case? If so what number can I contact about this? I tried the '150' but none of the options on the menu directed me to where I needed to go.
