Delivery help

I ordered my upgrade this morning, which was an iphone 5s to which i had to pay £10 upfront cost for it. I recived an email which said the order was confirmed and they'd be in touch shortly to confrim what happens next! Its been 5 hours since and i havent been contacted and also havent been charged the £10 yet, is this because it takes time to process an order? Im just looking for some info since ee seem to be so vague about whats going on..?
