Data Allowance showing as 0



I have a contract with 20GB data allowance.  I am in the US currently and thought data issues I was experiencing were due to going over the daily limit (500 mb).  As a result I added Go Further to my account but still has not resolved the data issues.  When I login to MyEE it is showing as 0GB Allowance.  Is this because my allowance should refresh on the 29th and there was not 29th in Feb? Call centres are shut so nobody to resolve.

Is this still the same today? If so, our customer service team are available.


If you're a pay monthly EE customer, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.


Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
