Credit pay as you go

I topped up £15 last night because my pack expires today, I did this through the app which I do every 30 days and have been for the past 4 years. I got a text message saying thankyou for topping up £15 and that my credit balance is now £15... although I got a message this morning saying that my pack hasn’t renewed because I don’t have enough credit balance but I have £15 in my account. Can someone please help because I’m starting to stress it

Hello @Rebecca_C01 try texting the code NOW to 150 to start your next pack.

 

You may need to purchase the £15 pack first then text the code NOW if you get an error reply about no pack to activate:
