Contact ending whilst abroad, help

Hi guys, I wondered if someone can help me.

i have a 2 year contract that is due to end this October. I currently live in

Japan and I'm not sure when I'll be back. If I do nothing, what happens at the end of my contract?

if I keep my phone, does my contract just keep going? Does it stop?

what I really need is the option to keep using wifi at least, although it will be annoying for example visiting home and not being able to call anyone. Also will I lose my phone number?

Re: Contact ending whilst abroad, help

Your contract doesn't just end. It's just the min. term expires, after which you are on a rolling month's basis.

You need to keep paying your monthly fee & you have full use of the phone until you specificity cancel.
