I just got my account transferred from a pay monthly to a pay as you go. How ever I’ve tried buying a data pack after I’ve topped up and it won’t let me buy it. It just says “Sorry, this pack is not available on your current price plan” every time I text the pack code to 150. My ee app won’t let me pick a pack either it just says “your account has been closed”. So I was wondering what I’d have to do, to be able to buy a pack?
