Changed from Contract to PAYG Sim only, now when I load App it says account has closed. I can't top up via the app.
Call CS to delete old a/c. Then create new 1 afresh.
I know I recommended you calling customer services for setting up your pack.
They will be able to do as @XRaySpeX said and make sure you're able to re-register as pay as you go.
