Can anyone tell me, now I am changing to EE from BT, will I have to change all my various Email addresses I currently have with BT??
EE forgot to mention this when I changed over on Saturday with them.

Yes, it's all your BT email addys & it costs £5 pm - see BT Premium Mail
BT Premium Mail gives you all the features you have today with BT Yahoo Mail:
•Costs just £5.00 a month payable by direct debit only. •Up to 11 email addresses for you and your family to use.

Hi,
You will need to check with BT as this is the EE forum and BT whilst the owners of EE have their own forums and their own processes for products they own/supply.
Thanks,

Probably! When you leave BT you lose your BT email addy unless you are prepared to pay a small, I think, monthly fee for it.
Unless you do that you will need to find yourself a new email provider. EE will not be providing you with email with your BB.

BT allow you to keep yur email addys at a cost of £2.50 a month

Is that each address or all of them.
Do do you know how I would go about this at all?
thanks for your help.

You will have to contact BT, check their website or go to their forums and ask.

The cheeky monkeys at BT have the nerve to now charge you £7.50 pm for email alone. It's punishment for so many customers leaving. Of course they don't have the skill to work out why people keep leaving.

@DaveLister: Yes, it was £5 pm in 2017 but is now £7.50.
One of these options may help you find the answers you need.
