Chairman on holiday and not setup Roaming

Hello,

         I work for a company where our chairman has gone abroad and not setup roaming. He's a very important person and he can't receive or make calls. The phone in use is part of a business contract we have with EE which was set up a couple months ago. Is there any way for him to  activate Roaming while he's away?

You can try and active Roaming in My EE, once logged in follow these steps:

  • Click Menu on the left-hand side
  • Click Manage Device
  • Choose the correct device from the drop down
  • Click Usage Controls
  • Click Allow on both Roaming and Call Abroad and Premium rate

If you have any problems setting it up in there, you would need to give business customer services a call.
