I have bee trying to track my repair online, however nothing seems to come up. I have had an email to say that it has been received at the repair centre, but the tracker is blank.
Maybe im not inputting the information correctly? I have put just my phone number in the top box plus my post code, then tried repair number/postcode and all numbers + postcode and nothing!
