HI. I am in Algieria at the moment. My account is set to roam and does so in Europe with no problems. Here I am not getting a network at all.
I have tried to connect manually but get the message that it has failed to connect. I have rebooted multiple times and I have set the connection to 3g. The phone is a Nokia Lumia 830.

Hi @ninja2 and welcome to the community.
So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?
Are you aware of anyone else able to connect/not connect, just so we can rule out a local network problem.

I have tried to connect manually. Others in my team (though with Vodafone) have connected. I can see the networks when I do a manual search but it will not connect to them when selected. At present it will not connect to any network so cannot dial any number.
I am a personal customer.
