Hello everyone! I moved to PAYG from SIM only plan days ago. I could not check my account balance and top up my account at this moment online or on My EE app. I could see my last bill and there is a warming said 'Your account had been closed'.
I'm wondering if I need to register a new My EE account or do something else to check my balance or top up my account. Could you please help me to figure this out? Thank you so much! Hope you have a nice day!

You'll need to re-register for My EE with your new pay as you go account.
