I'm currently on a 12 month sim only contract and am wishing to swap to another provider as I have found a cheaper upgrade. I was just wondering if i have to pay the remainder of the 6 months I have left or if I can just cancel my plan and move?
Cost of cancelling or upgrading early will be Monthly Fee x Months Remaining, pro-rata to the nearest whole day, of contract term - VAT (16.7%). VAT is not due on termination fees.
