Re: Cancelled my next pack but account not credited

If you've already bought it, it's already happened. You can't stop it. It will only stop the next one being auto bought.

Re: Cancelled my next pack but account not credited

You don't get credited anything when you stop a Pack. It just prevents you buying a new pack when the current 1 expires.

Re: Cancelled my next pack but account not credited

Hi @joelow81,

Welcome to the EE Community.

As @XRaySpeX said, texting 'STOP PACK' just prevents a new pack being automatically purchased once your current pack expires.

It's not possible to get a refund for a pack you have already purchased.

Find out more about EE pay as you go packs >

Thanks

James
