Can't connect to internet. Everything is on and i have data. Help? Servers?

I have everything turn on... I have 4g on my contract. But yet I am getting nothing... it's like I have 0 days but when I text AL to 150. I have 24.8gb left. Help me pleaseeeee?

Will not let me connect to any kind of internet apart from Wi-Fi???
