Hi, that's my first post, I've wanted to top up credit to get simlock on my phone unlocked but I don't know how I managed by accident to top up Everything pack instead. My question is can I swap it somehow to have credit?or do I need to go for expense and top up credit? 😔

You will have to top up again.

All EE PAYG SIMs come primed with a recurring Pack of allowances ready to bought out of your PAYG credit as soon as it is sufficient. Your last top-up went to buy this Pack.
By texting AL to 150 it should show you the Pack you have bought with your credit & how much you have left from your allowances until its expiry date.
Text STOP PACK to 150 before you next top-up & you can use the SIM as normal PAYG at standard per-unit rates.
If you are wanting to unlock your handset, you can't pay for that using PAYG credit but you need a UK bank card.

Thought the payment for unlocking simlock will be taken from the credit?, I'm sure saw that info on the site when applied to get it unlocked.

What are you trying to do? Unlock a handset to use on another network or unlock a SIM that's been locked by trying too many wrong PINs? You don't pay for unlocking a locked SIM; you just get its PUK code.
If you are trying to unlock a handset. did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or is it 2nd-hand? The process & costs are different.
If it is 2nd-hand, you can't just register a PAYG SIM you just bought for it in order to unlock it.
