Hi, I am currently in Thailand, I set up call diverts to another number on my iPhone before I left the UK, However my phone is still ringing and I am getting voice mail alerts and messages. I have had 2 long phone calls to customer services, and haven't been able to sort it out yet. My roaming charges are over £70 in 3 days. There must be some solution, customer service just seem like they don't want to help. Any help greatly appreciated.

Did you make sure the divert was successful before leaving the UK?
Have you reset any device settings or network settings since arriving in Thailand?
Here on the Community we are unable to access any customer account details, this would have to be investigated via our technical team.

my iPhone had an update when I arrived.
Havent changed any settings, I did not check divert before I left.
is it possible to talk to technical online, as I have made 2 long costly calls already, without any positive outcome.

The divert may not have been set up correctly before you left the UK or the phone update may have affected the divert.
Unfortunately live chat is unavailable to business customers, so a phone call would need to be made.
