All functions are barred on my phone - no calls, messaging or data. I am overseas so cannot call the UK.
My credit is good but the SIM barring code of 1111 does not work. Please help.

@Steve29 That’s because you haven’t activated roaming on your account. Login to your online account and enable the feature. If the option is not there you will have to use live chat to request this service to be enabled on your account. A Live chat window will pop up when your logged in to your account.

Our customer services team will be able to help remove the international bars.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
