Broadband customer support opening times?

Can anybody tell me when customer services tech support is open again after the Xmas period? My router broke on Xmas eve, I contacted customer service that day and they told me they would send out a new router but it wouldn't arrive until after the new year, so I went out and bought a new TP link router to use untill the replacement arrives, I'm trying to setup the new router but I need to know my user name etc on the router setup, but customer service is closed when I try calling them 😞

Unless you remember the BB password or have a note of it you can't do anything but call CS.

I grabbed the user name from my old bright box but can't remember the password, I've checked my emails I got from ee when I signed up a few months ago and there's nothing there in the welcome pack regarding a password I setup on sign up, when do customer services open again?
