Brightbox dropping connection

My Brightbox has been dropping connection and having a really slow connection for the past few days. Restarting router works....for about 5 minutes. Got so fed up I changed back to Orange Livebox and connection has been really stable and great.
That tells me it's nothing other than the Brightbox at fault. If I ring up will I have to go through all the things they tell me to do to check the broadband status etc when it's simply a case of returning the router and getting another sent out?
