Bought a £10 pack when i bought a new phone but the pack will not activate

Most relevant forum i could find but bought a phone today with the £10 EE topup pack included and it said to call 150 and top-up to activate it. I already paid the £10 when i bought the phone though so obviously didn't do that; went online and it says to just start using the texts, data and calls to activate it. Tried texting and calling but they wont work, however data does.

any suggestions on the problem?

thanks

@jennyh761: What does texting AL to 150 tell you exactly?

What nos. are you calling? Your allowances only include standard UK mobiles & 01, 02 & 03 landlines.

It just says i have £0.00 balance; i have tried calling just regular 07 UK numbers but nothing, and no texts will send either.

Your pack hasn't been added. You'll need to call CS to find out why & get it added.
