Just had my first bill today, and it doesnt make any sense and i pay by direct debit and my phone has been suspended and i have to pay the whole balance now as i have reached my account balance ??? I cant get hold of anyone at ee and now my phone doesnt work. I wish i never come to ee.. i use this for work
