Re: Been cut off. Now paid! When will I get reinstalled?

Good morning @Suzie12

Thanks for coming to community to see us 🙂

I see @Northerner has helped you last night.

Is your phone back on yet?

If not, can you please turn the handset off and on for me and let me know if this makes a difference.

Cheers

Richard

Re: Been cut off. Now paid! When will I get reinstalled?

Great news @Suzie12

I know you are probably aware of this, but if you want to try stop this happening again, then why not set up set up a Direct Debit?

Here is some information, if you need it from our Make Or Set Up An EE Payment help and support pages.

I draw your attention to the set up or amend a Direct Debit section.

When you’re setting up or amending a Direct Debit you'll need the following:

  • your name exactly as it appears on your bank statement
  • your bank or building society sort code
  • your bank or building society account number

There are two different ways to set up, view and amend a Direct Debit

Important information: You'll need to pay off any outstanding balance on your account before you can set up or amend your Direct Debit. You'll find all other ways to pay on this page.

Hope this helps you and I just thought I'd give an option to take a potential stress away.

Cheers
