Awaiting confirmation for my upgrade still

How long does it take to actually to update an order, there appeared to be issues regarding my order and spoke to CS this morning and after a while they informed me that the error was corrected and would be delivered tomorrow to my store, which would be fantastic however this isn’t reflected on my order status and it is still showing as awaiting confirmation. Will this eventually correct itself, as I don’t want to make an unnecessary trip for something that won’t be there

@Rsanderson23  You will get a notification when the device is ready to pick up.

Hi @Rsanderson23 and welcome to the community.

So I can try and help, which handset is it that you ordered?

Many thanks,

Lee

Re: Awaiting confirmation for my upgrade still

It was the iPhone 7 Plus in rose gold, I’ve received a text saying that my phone plan has changed, but still no word on what’s happening with my phone

Hi @Rsanderson23

This is very strange, have you downloaded the DPD app and is this showing any order?

Many thanks,

Lee

Re: Awaiting confirmation for my upgrade still

I haven’t received any number yet for dpd as my order is still showing as awaiting confirmation, which I’m guessing means it hasn’t even been processed for delivery yet

Re: Awaiting confirmation for my upgrade still

When your phone plan changes, it usually means that the order is going through, @Rsanderson23.

I recommend contacting customer services team just to double check the order.

Please let me know what they say.

Chris
