Amazon £120 voucher

I signed up in October, but haven't received the voucher.
I was told it would take 3 months, it didn't arrive, I emailed and they said it had been sent and the email takes 7 days, still not arrived and now my emails are unanswered.
Is there a number I can call? Can't understand how an email can take so long... Does anyone have any advice of where to go next??

I thought the Amazon voucher was from a 3rd party and had nothing to do with EE directly.
